Subject: My first DSO show....
Well, this was my first DSO show and the rest is history. The music was exceptional, and everyone was dancing like crazy! The way it oughta be! My only wish is that DSO will play the Hammerstein again...What a superb venue. It leads me to wonder why they haven't returned to it, especially that it was a sold-out night. Oh well, may they continue keeping the spirit alive...Rock on!

Subject: SOURCE IS FROM WAV, NOT FROM MP3.
Note to Darkstar Webmaster:

DarkStar Webmaster:

I can attempt to crossfade and mixdown these next week to remove the split second "silences" using CE or Soundforge. If interested, please post here and I'll check topic.

1. APOLOGIES DUE
I misread the Cool Edit Frequency Analysis. This is most definitly from 44.1 WAV files. I downloaded another track and found that these are WAV's using Cool Edit 1.2 Freq Analysis Tool.

2. SPLIT "SECOND" OF SILENCE AT END OF EACH TRACK

Please also note that there is a split second break between tracks that is common when MP3's are decoded to WAV. That brought up the initial suspision.

Subject: Vindicated....thanks
Thanks for double checking....the split second silences are actually just lulls where I split the tracks using CD Wave...I always tried to find a zero dB point...if you check segues between songs (ie Help> Slip) you'll find no gaps.
